Rainbow Divers
There were several PADI Dive Centers in Nha Trang and since 2008 the list has been reduced significantly but by far the most famous and by far the largest is RainBow Divers run by Jeremy Stein.
Rainbow is a PADI 5 star CDC which has a excellent facility including air conditioned class rooms and a fully stocked dive store, as well as a restaurant and bar!
Rainbow divers is unique in this part of South East Asia as they offer a technical diving school and as a CDC( PADI Career Development Center) they have a in house Course Director as well as at least one or more Master Instructors. When I owned EcoSea Dive in Cambodia I would send my dive masters to do the IDC to Jeremy and they all came back grateful for the Vietnam experience and the great instructor course.
Jeremy is also an expert on nudibranhs and teaches a specialty course on it, that if you are interested in the pretty sea slugs, which make great photos, you should consider taking it and maybe combine it with underwater photography course or underwater naturilist , the little sluggo's don't move very fast and really make great pictures to have.

Octopus Divers
Has a great looking store front on the ocean front, pretty hard to miss this one especially at night, offers all the basic PADI Courses this is a 5 star PADI dive center . They do Nitrox which is the first step if you are looking to become a tech diver.
Competitive prices and a Friendly Staff make this a good bet as well if you are going to be diving in Nha Trang. Octopus also offers SSI which is very popular for people from places like Australia and Israel. SSI has made some real progress in lessening PADI dominance for certification cards based on a couple of factors including not needing to purchase a book, which makes the courses less expensive if you are on a budget.
Simon the Master Instructor at Octopus used to work at EcoSea and is an amazing diver resource as well as being a expert on Nudibrachs as well.
