We looked at several and they were all same same, it does not hurt to negotiate. also look at the rooms first, they will offer you the worst room that they have to save the good rooms for customers that come in later to maximise the filling of the hotel, this is true everywhere in South East Asia for in the budget areas for Cheap Hotels.
Eden happining little resturant bar down stairs, very humble upstairs but big rooms and they want to please. A good choice if you are on a very tight budget.
