Koh Kong is not the place to find very many high quality hotels. Koh Kong hotels can be very cheap Hotels when you are booking a room find out how far from the water the hotel is, generally the farther from the beach the cheaper the accommoadations also a bit more native.
Koh Kong is ussualy not very high on anyones must see Asia travel destinations lists. One of the main industries is gambling they have casinos right at the Cambodia Thai border. You can find some interesting things though if you like rough and tumble border towns. Some people stay in Trat Hotels and Guesthouses but if you want to catch the fast boat you need to get up 20 minuites before the birds so for this reason alot of people stay in Koh Kong.

Western run most people that I have talked to that have spent the night in Koh kong have stayed at this hotel and everything was fine. Offering one of the only swimming pools in the area, for this one reason alone would be worth staying here. Combination of fan and air con hotel rooms. motorcycles for rent.
Close to the market the ferry and the bridge puts it in a good location near the water. Rooms 150 to 500 baht.
