PADI DiveMaster course requirements

PADI Open Water Card or Equivalent PADI Advance Open Water Card or equivalent. PADI Rescue Diver Card or Equivalent a current CPR/First Aid card within the past 24 months. We like for DiveMaster Trainees's to spend as much time as possible with us so that when you go out into the field as a DiveMaster you will have confidence that you really know your job, and will be able to say to prospective employers that you have real world experience. We have DiveMaster's' come through looking for work with no experience and we are very reluctant to hire them. We sometimes deal with challenging conditions when we have storms come up quickly and if you are in high seas you really need to know what you are doing to keep your self and your charges safe this knowledge can only come we believe from hands on experience.

During the training you will participate as a assistant for a PADI Open Water Course and you may also assist with a PADI Advanced Open Water Scuba Diver or a PADI Rescue Course on a Overnight Liveaboard trip as you will also be responsible to prepare for one of our long range dive trips making sure that all the logistics have been taken care of. you will also work with snorkels one of the most enjoyable experiences for Dive Masters as you work with a instructor to train snorkels how to free dive. For many this is the first step to becoming a PADI Open Water Scuba Diver.
