Inle Lake is a large beautiful lake. There are Cheap Hotels and Budget accommodations as well as luxury resorts in the lake . Our time at Inle lake was one of the better places we found in Burma with allot of local culture and strange things to see from large flocks of ducks to farming on the lake to the famous leg oars there is plenty to see as far as western services and facilities they are few and far between Internet was very limited. Once you arrive at Inle Lake your transportation is mostly all long boats.

We really enjoyed the family here Ko Zaw and Myoe Myoe went way over the top to accommodate us They went so far as to give us a free meal of local dish's that was delicious. In a country that is mostly illiterate they both had graduated from college as Phsyics majors.
