Land sale from Email Siem Reap Cambodia
I don't know why but this seems like it is not quite ligitimate. I don't remember ever giving this person my email and they must know that foriegners are not suppose to own land in Cambodia, unless they have a corporation registered with the Cambodia goverment.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have 10 Hectares of land in Siem Reap along the road
to Banteay Srey Temple (Kulen Mountain) 16km from town
and I want to sell it urgently. The price is very
reasonable just $1.2/m2. I promise it is a very good
land.
