Cambodia Mock USA elections in Phnom Penh

I just had to write that for the title as the spin on it mimics the election process that we have in the USA today. One of the funny things is that a couple of states might not have their votes counted for the democratic primary's because they had the gall to have their elections earlier, so that they could get their issues actually acknowledged by the politicinas.
